It's very close to the falls, 3-5' walk.
Parking is expensive 18+tax night, but in the same price range as the other Niagara Falls car parks on its Canadian side, so almost inevitable

The location is stunning and awesome, 2 km from three waterfalls. The breakfast offers lots of slices of fresh bread, muffins, hot waffles, scrambled eggs and toast. The personnel is amiable. Would stay here again, our stay was nice.

Couples looking for comfort and value
The location was perfect, I could walk to all the attractions without any hassle. They really made sure I was comfortable, since I got sick, the staff checked in on my husband to see how I was holding up.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable given the overall experience.

Hopefully the room was brand-new and compact with a 2 bedrooms and a queen bed and a balcony. The breakfast had lots of options, cereal, toast and hardboiled eggs. The location was marvellous, not too far away from Table Rock Welcome Centre. Besides, it was right by the hill and river.

I enjoyed the short walk to both the Avalon Ballroom and the nearby restaurants where I could easily grab a bite. The friendly staff added a personal touch to my stay.

situation above all and breakfast, was varied and abundant, buffet style.
In general, everything was fine, the only drawback being that you had to go outside for breakfast, the room was in an annexe and not in the hotel building itself.
